Andrin Steuri is one of Switzerland's most singular chefs. Born in St. Gallen, trained as an animator before picking up a knife at 29 — he's since earned 14 Gault Millau points, opened a ramen bar in Bern, and cooked pop-ups from Switzerland to Paris. The throughline: bistronomy with conviction.
He works with farmers he's known for years. Local products, no dogma, no fuss. Dishes that taste bigger than the kitchen they came from.
